Entrenched in Minnesota real estate his entire life. He grew up in it, studied it, and has now worked in it for more than twenty years.
Charlie represents owners and investors of commercial real estate in Minnesota, primarily multifamily, and has delivered roughly $1 billion in transactional volume with his clients. Before joining Lakes Sotheby's to lead commercial real estate sales, he led acquisitions and development for a large multifamily development and management group, and before that he led underwriting for private equity funds focused on real estate and real estate securities.
He is a third-generation member of a large multifamily owner-operator family and grew up with apartment buildings as an everyday part of life. Charlie graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison's Real Estate program with multiple degrees and the highest honors.
